Rover CityRover (03-05) rivals
Overview
City Rover is the result of a collaboration with Indian manufacturer Tata. It’s cheap, but certainly not the cheapest little car you can get and some areas like pedal positions and layout of switchgear are haphazard. But it’s a good looking little thing and is fairly nippy with its 1.4 engine. Most buyers will probably like the idea of the Union Jack badge on the back.
