Rover Metro 1.1 Tahiti 3d (2000/V) Owner Review

Economy
Value
Good little car for what I paid for it. You couldn't have got a more basic reliable first car for £2000.
Costs
Pif paf - full tank is about £20 and does about 250 miles easily.

Driving
Very basic. Not happy with only four gears, however, handles surprisingly well.
Performance
Good handling; Holds the road ok and feels comfortable to drive.

Living with it
Reliability
Hardly any problems. Doesn't break down much, unless my girlfriend is driving!
Image
Dear oh dear. When your mates are driving boy racer cars and you pull up in your granny vehicle, you know about it!
Comfort
Standard, what you pay for. Doesn't exactly give you 'farmer Giles', but no Lazyboy 3000.
