Rover Metro 1.1 Tahiti 3d (1994/M) Owner Review
-
Economy
Value
Cheap to buy and most Mettys are group 4.

On the road
Driving
Clutch can be harsh, but nice seats and comfy to drive.
Performance
For a 1.1, pretty good. My first car and it cruises at 85/90 easily. Not a problem spinning the wheels if you want to either. Will take a 1.8 from an Elise/MGF, but get the GTi for that.

Living with it
Reliability
I've never had a problem. Even after 7 months in a garage, it started without much trouble.
Image
Very underrated. Too many people laugh. Can be made to look better though.
Comfort
Steering wheel maybe slightly to left of seat centre. Not quiet, but comfortable enough for long journeys.

Security and Service
Security
No central locking, but at least there is a remote alarm on it.
