What does this car say about you?
I think theres always something about saab drivers, the smug smile on their face as they cruise on the motorway.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They like it but think a hatch back is more practical.
Would you buy this car again and why?
No, because of all the issues I have had with it and now Saab going bust its just not practical.
What are you likely to buy next?
A cheap hatchback probably something economical.

Did you get a good deal and why?
I think I got a good deal because while looking for a saab all the cars I like at had high mileage, 60 - 100k and the cars cost the same or more than I was paying.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
I always wanted a Saab, and found a good deal on a 18 month old basic model with only 14k on the clock.
What was the dealer like?
The dealer was good and helpful, he taxed the car for 12 months and fixed all the issues with the car without question.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
I love driving it, I drive alot of cars with my job as I am always abroad with a hire car and I have never found a car I like driving better than my saab. The ride is smooth, acceleration is linear, its perfect for cruising on the motorway.
What's it like to park?
I find it difficult to park but then that may be me rather than the car, I find it difficult to gauge where how long it is.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
All the time, every time I take the car nto the garage theres a new problem, Alternator (Common issue) Suspension collapsed, steering rods worn loose, EGR valve failure and water sensor failure (Last 2 both resulted in me losing a tank of diesel on the road).
What's most practical about your car?
Its economical and does around 48mpg.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
This is a basic model so doesnt really have any gadgets or options other than the basics.
