Summary
What does this car say about you?
It says that I like the finer things in life without shouting about it!
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Everyone says it's nice, neighbours think I've settled down! Little do they know! My friend said "that's a posh car you drive".
Would you buy this car again and why?
Definitely buy again, I'd just buy a later model. It's an under-estimated great car that does everything you want it to do. Always puts a smile on my face.
What are you likely to buy next?
I'm not! I'm hoping to keep this car for a very long time. If I win lottery I'd buy the latest model I could get.

Buying experience

Independent

No
What price did you pay?
£6,995
When did you buy the car?
April 2012
Did you get a good deal and why?
I traded in my 52-plate MINI Cooper for which they gave me £3,995, a very good price! So I ended up paying £3,000 cash.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
I wanted a good all round car that's relaxing to drive, comfy, spacious, can carry 4 passengers and very exciting to drive due to its powerful diesel engine.
What was the dealer like?
Buying my car from a dealer has always been worrying, what with all the stories about pushy salesmen and being sold dodgy motors. We didn't once feel pressured, in fact we were made to feel at home! "Take your time, if you need any help let me know" that was it, no following us around.

What's it like to drive?
Its easy to park, rear parking sensors. It's quite a big car yet it's so easy to manoeuvre. Excellent on motorways, set cruise control at 75mph and the revs are just above 1,500. Doesn't lose speed when going uphills, it always puts a smile on your face.
What's it like to park?
With rear parking sensors that ain't too sensitive, I can easily get into spaces.
