Value
Good value for money compared to competitors.
Costs
Servicing costs are reasonable and don't happen that often at 18k intervals. Fuel economy in high 30's easily get 500+ from a tank.

On the road
Driving
Great car to drive even for big front wheel drive. Handles really well. No roll. Goes exactly where you point it. Gearbox a little notchy.
Performance
Performance is excellent. Pretty quick off the mark about 9 sec to 60. Mid range acceleration 40 - 70 is fantastic due to massive torque, even staying in 5th. Change down and hang on to your seat.

Living with it
Reliability
No problems at all in the year I have owned it.
Image
This is with out doubt the best looking estate on the market. 17" Aero alloys and low profile tyres just add to the aura. It just oozes class.
Comfort
Big heated leather seats offer great support and comfort front and back. Ride is superb, no lumps and bumps. Best long distance car I have ever owned. Auto climate control and electric memory seats and CD auto changer all added to the enjoyment.

Security and Service
Security
Its got everything in this area except tracker plus the famous Saab gearshift lock. Once you get used to having the ignition lock in-between the seats, its a great system.
Service
Saab service is terrific. I use Gordon Lamb in Sheffield. Loan car if needed. Clean and valetted on collection.
