Economy
Value
Around £24k new. I bought for £7.5k plus £1k for Aero body kit 18 months ago. Now worth around £5.5k.
Costs
Drinks fuel quickly, but only to be expected with auto box - average 27 mpg, but has body kit which ups fuel consumption. Parts not cheap, but then no surprise really. Owned 1994 900 previously which seemed reasonable in comparison.

Driving
Smooth auto box and sure-footed feel make driving it a pleasure to drive.
Performance
Great, in my humble opinion. Wolf in sheep's clothing with plenty of power on tap. Overtakes superbly swiftly & always feels as though there's plenty left in reserve, too! Fab motorway vehicle but fine around town. At worst, wallows a bit on bends.

Living with it
Reliability
No problems in 18 months of ownership until Christmas Eve when coil went. AA brought me home early hours of Christmas Day! £210 for new original part.
Image
People seem to love 'em or hate 'em. Never seems to attract attention from youths which is a good thing. Aero body kit, bridge spoiler and fat tail piece on exhaust improves its cosmetics significantly but is subtle and not OTT like some body kits.
Comfort
Supportive leather seats allow for all-day driver comfort.

Security and Service
Security
No attempted break-ins to my knowledge. Alarm & immobiliser as standard, and as another reviewer has commented, central console ignition position might just fool the toe-rags.
Service
Local dealership have good reputation which comes at a price.
