Summary
What does this car say about you?
That I appreciate subtlety, have a touch of class about me and don't follow the herd. It's not a car you will get noticed in, unless they know what the 'Aero' badge signifies. Best comment I've had is 'cool Saab'.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
That it's just a car. Not the most motoring minded lot, really.
Would you buy this car again and why?
No, I plan on keeping this for a good few years.
What are you likely to buy next?
A weekend car.

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Franchise
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£6,000
When did you buy the car?
July 2008
Did you get a good deal and why?
If you call £6k for a 4yr old car that would have been close to £30k new a good deal, then yes I did.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
What was the dealer like?
Happy enough to talk to me throughout the purchase, but I've no experience of post-sales as I will be using an independant to service and maintain the car.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Fast and comfortable. Definitely not a B-road car, but motorways disappear with ease and the right hand pedal has the ability to make you laugh out loud at around 3000rpm. This is a seriously fast car.
What's it like to park?
Fairly easy, mine came with parking sensors, but I very rarely need to rely on them. It also has the optional spoiler, which I guess helps indicate where the end of the car is.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Badly corroded brake lines needed replacing for the MOT. Looked to me as though they had been poorly fitted on the assembly line.
What's most practical about your car?
For a 4-door it has a massive boot, but there is plenty of space inside too.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Got to be the heated seats. A positive boon in cold weather.
