Economy
Value
When I bought my car it had many standard features: i.e air-con which were options with other manufacturers.
Costs
Gap is now closing to such an extent that I would consider a VW Sharan for percieved prestige and higher residual value.

On the road
Driving
Car like and enjoyable to drive.
Performance
A little slow off the mark which is to be expected in this 90 bhp version. However, lots of pull up hill even when fully loaded.

Living with it
Reliability
My car has just turned 20,000 miles and has Full service history and no problems.
Image
I feel it struggles to compete with VW Sharan and Ford Galaxy. I feel advertising would help.
Comfort
No complaints from wife or four children even on longer hauls to London ( 270miles ).

Security and Service
Security
Thankfully never been put to the test.
Service
I have not had dealings with the manufacturer only the dealership which can only describe as incompetent as I stuggle to find a lower definition.
