SEAT Cordoba Saloon 1.6 CLX 4d (1995/M) Owner Review

Economy
Value
The car is good value for money to buy in the first place.
Costs
It's coming to 60k and things are starting to go wrong. Repair costs are expensive...
-
On the road
Driving
Stick a set of Alloy wheels on it and the car handles like it's on rails - awesome.
Performance
Car's performance is increased by 200% if you stick and induction kit on it - available by green cotton from Halfords!

Living with it
Reliability
Starter motor went a week ago. The back brake cylinder the week before that, so I ain't sure!
Image
Car is individual and looks sporty if you have a good set of alloys on it.
Comfort
Lovely to drive. Just like a VW and pretty comfortable, too.

Security and Service
Security
Immobiliser as standard, but get central locking - I want to have that put in ASAP!
Service
Well, the place has closed down now but they were really good.

Engine
Sporty at 3000rpm with induction kit. It really really goes then.
Other
Very difficult when repairing, as often the part for my car does not fit e.g. I have a 1.9TDi exhaust!
