Best thing I've ever owned to pass the miles. 50+mpg was good in its time but can now be bettered by more modern petrols and dwarfed by newer diesels. Servicing has been affordable at independent VAG specialists and nothing required outside of normal maintenance schedule. Here's to the next 80k miles!
How reliable do you find the car?
Bought used three years ago at 57k miles, now at 136k and not a single issue. Surprisingly light on brake and tyre wear too.Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
Superbly comfortable, a pleasant place to sit with nice dash, nav and media system. Easy cruiser and plenty of overtaking power. Rear legroom is quite tight but boot is very large.About their car
