Pros & cons
PROS

CONS
Cramped rear seats, plasticky interior, limited engine choice
SEAT Ibiza (99-02) rivals
Overview
The third-generation Seat Ibiza was another step up from the first and second-generation models to carry the name. Volkswagen’s input shines through in the solidly built bodies, quality interior finish, durable engines, assured handling and rather firm ride. It’s a competitively priced used car that offers a less expensive but satisfying alternative to the Volkswagen Polo.
