  • Economy

    Value

    4 out of 5 4.0

Good value for money as even the lowest model gets air con and electric windows. Other cars of this price cannot compete at all. 5 years AA cover.

    Costs

    3 out of 5 3.0

Too early to tell, had the car for two weeks now. Seems pretty cheap on fuel though.

  • On the road

    Driving

    4 out of 5 4.0

Superb on the country roads, holds the road very well and has very little roll through the corners. Is a geat car for going to the shops and for a long drive.

    Performance

    3 out of 5 3.0

As on the other reviews the 1.4 does lack a bit of grunt but is nippy and the drive more than makes up for the lack of low down power, what do you expect from a 1.4 though? The gear box loves to be worked, which is good, frequant changes are needed.

  • Living with it

    Reliability

    4 out of 5 4.0

It's basically a Polo, so you can expect the usual German build quality (very good). I'am told there all built in the same factory, VW's, Audi's, Skoda's and Seat's.

    Image

    4 out of 5 4.0

Great appearance with a very sporty, squat stance that appeals to the younger generation of drivers.

    Comfort

    4 out of 5 4.0

Very support seats and the steering wheel can be ajusted for reach and height. An excellant driving position, if a little lofted. Small problem for the tall drivers as you can't raise of lower the seats.

    3 out of 5 3.0

Good service but the car was 3 - 4 weeks late.
