SEAT Ibiza Hatchback Xcellence 1.0 TSI 115PS (07/2018 on) 5d Owner Review

The excellence version of the Ibiza with the 115 PS Tsi engine is a pretty polished performer with reasonable performance and it's very quiet and economical when cruising at motorway speeds. Unfortunately due the successive lockdowns I've not managed to do many miles in it but I've found it extremely comfortable and it handles well and is in many ways a better bet that the more popular FR models. I would prefer it to have a rear view camera as the rear vision when parking is not too good, although it does have rear parking sensors fitted as standard. The fit and finish of the car is up with the best and I much prefer it's looks and interior to its' VW Polo and the Skoda sisters. The full LED lighting gives excellent night vision particularly on dipped beam.The automatic wipers and auto dipping rear view mirror are also a bonus. The only extra I've found worth having is a spare wheel as it already comes with everything you need including "free" metallic paint. I'm particularly pleased that it has a single CD player hidden in the glove box as this is a rarity these days.
