Economy
Value
Don't think you'll find a better equipped or quicker car for the money anywhere that can be used as a practical 5 door hatch one day, and then taken to a track and keep up with cars 2/3 times more expensive.
Costs
Cheap to buy for what you get. Be prepared for high running costs. As it's FWD they shred tyres. I've got through 2 sets of fronts in 20k and at 100 pounds each that's a lot to spend on rubber! Insurance high and fuel bills expensive (250 miles/tank).

On the road
Driving
Very easy to drive hard all the time! Compared it to Honda Civic Type R + VW and Audi equivalents and it's the best all round.
Performance
It's a cracker. Shame they don't do a 4wd version in the uk. Will keep in touch with most high performance cars in the dry. In the wet the TCS flashes all the time and you can spin the wheels in 3rd gear!

Living with it
Reliability
No problems apart from rattles (v.annoying) and cloth seat not the best for wear - drivers seat bobbling after 20k
Image
Sporty but exclusive. Watch out everyone will try and race you!
Comfort
Seats very supportive, ride not too bad considering how well it handles. Rear leg room good for 187cm tall person + rear seats comfortable. Hard ride at slow speeds. Power steering heavy.

Security and Service
Security
Not the best. Thieves can get in very easy, but can't drive away. Keep your locking nut with you (ie not in boot) as alloys can get stolen very easily.
Service
Very friendly and helpful.
