Reliability
The engine is brilliant. Internally there are real weaknesses. First car replaced by manufacturer after 6 months because rainwater filling door panels. ABS, Radio and front passenger window problems with second car.
Image
Not exactly an eye-opener.
Comfort
It's pretty basic. It could be better.

Security and Service
Security
Seems acceptable.
Service
Dealership were awful. It took threat of BBC Watchdog team to get Seat to act over rainwater problem. Every 'little' problem takes a full working day to resolve and no curtesy car. ABS took a week to sort out!

Excellent.
Other
ABS failed - took Seat a week to sort out. First Leon was replaced by Seat because rainwater was getting into the car down door seals. It was nightmare to get sorted. The Arosa we own is fantastic. The two Leons poor.
