Economy
Value
Lots of car for the money makes the Golf look stingy.
Costs
Servicing and the one part I have had to buy(new glovebox handle) is a bit on the dear side.
-
On the road
Driving
Lovely when cruising and great fun on twisty roads.
Performance
Smooth power delivery, no need to work the gears, it just keeps pulling. Overtaking has never been so simple and it feels good upsetting 3-series drivers!
-
Living with it
Reliability
No problems so far.
Image
Best and meanest looking hatch around, looks super lary in ovni yellow and with the addition of a set of 17" BK Racing 177s, looks even better!
Comfort
Climate control is lovely. Seats are great in the front, a little cramped for rear passengers having the CD changer in the glovebox is a pain, no room for anything else.

Security and Service
Security
Alarm and immobiliser, as far as I know no one has tried to steal it yet.
Service
A raised digit of contempt to King's SEAT in Portsmouth, two thumbs up to King's SEAT in Southampton.
