Economy
Value
Cheap to buy compared with other market TDI's.
Costs
Tyres are the only major expense although would be exected doing 32,000 mile a year
-
On the road
Driving
Fastest TDI i've ever driven, had all the GT TDI Golfs and this is better.
Performance
See driving, a little under steer in wet, great fun when driving fast. Would love to have chipped at some point.

Reliability
Build quality not as good as the VW. Broken CD stacker, rear widow spray x2, electrical fault meant windows stop working, all sorted under warranty. Only thing that is really a pain, is the RDS on the radio which very poor.
Image
Great, turns heads when clean, although I would need to clean every 3 days where i live.
Comfort
A bit bumpy on some of this countries rubbish motorways. Had arm rest and cruise put in which helps with the 32k miles a year!
