Economy
Value
Not the cheapest car out there but you get a VW build quality for less.. cannot fault that.
Costs
She does like the oil, but the mpg makes up for that. 225/50/17 eagle F1's £260 for a pair, so make sure the traction control stays on.

On the road
Driving
Amazing performance from a diesel.. pulls through the gears and will match most petrols on the road and still return good mpg.. got 19.50 mpg at 125mph.
Performance
Wicked performance from a diesel and for £400 you can get it chipped to 200bhp, so awesome.

Living with it
Reliability
It's a VW, what could go wrong?
Image
Love the looks, that's why I got her. She looks nice and tame and looks mint when she is going hell for leather. Shame they don't do the bremo's on the diesel though...
Comfort
Seats are very nice, shame their not leather though, but still very comfortable and supportive.

Security and Service
Security
Just standard alarm is supposed to be good... double clicking to open sometimes is a pain in the arse specially in the rain.
