Summary
What does this car say about you?
Sporty, but not too posh.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They are very happy I have a car that doesn't drip oil at last.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes, it's a good substitute for an A3 without buying the badge. Feels a lot more refined than I expected from a SEAT.
What are you likely to buy next?
I have no idea.

£1,000

July 2014

Yes it had a new MOT and lots of tax left.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
No
What was the dealer like?
He was scruffy and his jeans were in an appalling state.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
The ride is surprisingly refined for a small car, very quiet and smooth, and the steering light and precise. Not super fast but very nippy with plenty of pull. I can't really fault it.
What's it like to park?
Excellent, but as I previously drove a huge landrover it's hard to be objective about this.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
No
What's most practical about your car?
The boot is quite big, and the cabin feels roomy with lots of places to put my things. The seats are not huge so nice if you're small sized.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Air con. I hate to arrive somewhere looking hot and sweaty.
