SEAT Leon Hatchback (2013 - 2020) FR Technology 1.4 EcoTSI 150PS 5d Owner Review

My wife's Leon really is a great car and incredible value. The 1.4TSI ACT engine is a peach with plenty of power and easily returns 45mpg with mostly town and country lane driving. On the motorway/a roads it'll nudge over 50mpg reasonably easily. All the tech works well, LED lights and apple car play being the best elements and in 3 years it has had no issues whatsoeve, happily standing up to the rigours of ferrying three kids about everywhere. Possibly the only gripe would be that the black paint does mark very easily. Compared to a Golf it was 25% cheaper with a discount and easily as good. Considered changing it for the new Leon model (& DSG) but after driving the new one the air con and car setting controls were too fiddly to use with a touch screen and it didn't seem to have anything extra on it that ours didn't already have so we'll keep it for another three years.
