SEAT Toledo 2.0 16V 5d (1997/P) Owner Review
-
Economy
Value
£6k for a 4 year old with 14k miles. MK3 Golf GTi 16v equivalent, but comes with leather, 150bhp, A/C, electric everything and a massive boot. Why buy the Golf?
Costs
Same parts as VWs, but seem to be a bit cheaper from Seat dealer.

On the road
Driving
Very agile and can be pushed to the limit and is quite rewarding. Driving position a bit high.
Performance
34k miles now and it's starting to loosen up a bit. Quite punchy, but needs to be revved.

Living with it
Reliability
Absolutely no problems whatsoever.
Image
The only model with nice 15" alloys (I think) and quite an aggresive bodykit as standard. Looks quite angry in colour I have (Silver). Don't see too many about, which is good.
Comfort
Very comfortable.

Security and Service
Security
I have fitted a Clifford. Standard security seemed fine.
Service
Very good service from Seat Dealers in my area.
