Economy
Value
Bought for £10.5k at 9 months old.
Costs
Not bad - mainly depreciation.
-
On the road
Driving
Suspension more optimised for comfort rather than handling. More road noise than expected.
Performance
Excellent engine gives reasonable low rev torque with an extra kick at higher revs. Love the noise. Gearbox positive, but a little notchy and doesn't like to be rushed.

Living with it
Reliability
A few rattles, and CD changer fussy.
Image
Small non-premium saloons not really in demand, hence cheap price.
Comfort
Seats firm, but ride generally composed.
-
Security and Service
Service
Dealer OK, but too expensive given short (10k) intervals.
