What does this car say about you?
It says that I like to save fuel while still having fun but won't compromise on style or creature comforts.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Most really like it's looks and metallic green paint and cream trim (definitely the best combination) and surprised how much space there is inside and how deep the boot is.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Definitely yes! It looks and drives really well - especially considering its 999cc engine, it's comfortable, fairly refined, has heated seats, satnav etc. corners/steers/brakes very well, is well put together and is economical.

Yes, car virtually as new with 10k on clock with over £1k extras making it 4k less than new price.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Economy, looks, good reviews, equipment.
What was the dealer like?
Skoda dealer was professional and prices were reasonable.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Very good with neutral grippy cornering, powerful progressive brakes, light direct steering, tight turning circle, refined and flexible engine (75ps version) which sounds nice when revving, slightly bouncy ride and suspension noisy over potholes, average 58mpg.
What's it like to park?
Very easy with short upright rear, tight turning circle and with (optional) reversing sensors which show a diagram on satnav screen of how close you are to obstacles.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Squeaky gearlever, squeal from clutch release bearing.
What's most practical about your car?
Size, spacious considering overall size and lots of room around pedals, 5 doors.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Heated seats & portable infotainment system (satnav/Bluetooth/media player/trip computer/trip computer), reversing sensors.
