Absolutely love my Fabia, the best £3000 I've ever spent. 9 years and 150k miles later, and it's still fun and solid to drive. Put a set of good tyres on it and it corners well, sticking to the road.
Very fuel efficient and still offers 33mpg+ when towing a caravan easily. It's a workhorse that's always willing when you ask for more. Had an Octavia too and I prefer the smaller estate for performance, acceleration, stability, and still more than enough space inside.
Easy to work on too, so regular oil changes and home servicing saves some money on garage costs, and the BriSkoda forum online is great for support and info.
How reliable do you find the car?
It's mainly just been wear and tear repairs required. Remote c/l hasn't worked for years but doesn't bother me to put the key in the lock!Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
Great for space, great for fuel economy, starts every time. Feels very safe and solid, and driving it is responsive and fun.About their car
