Skoda Fabia Estate (2015 - 2021) Monte Carlo 1.0 TSI 110PS 5d Owner Review
Want to know everything there is to know about this car?
In their own words
But for the lockdown the review would be an unblemished five stars. I would have appreciated being told that the turbo needs regular use to avoid any future problems. The seats are very comfortable, even for long journeys (my daughter lives 250 miles away) and their multiple colourway never ceases to make me smile. All in all a very good car and I have no regrets at buying it!
How reliable do you find the car?
Like everyone during the lockdown I rarely used the car. When I did start using it again a warning light came on and after having diagnostics from the Skoda dealer I was informed that an arm attaching to the attenuator had seized (through lack of use) and whilst they would try to release it, if unsuccessful a replacement part would be £300+. Fortunately the garage was successful in releasing the arm but the labour bill was £144.Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
Fuel consumption is much better than I anticipated given that it is only a 1000cc engine. The gear change is also excellent and roadholding very good.About their car
