Economy
Value
Got a fair deal with sunroof and metallic. Similar cars would all have cost much more.
Costs
Only bought petrol so far, but servicing costs at local dealer look good. Equipment level good for price.

On the road
Driving
06 reg. Smooth, precise steering. Throttle needs 20k revs to avoid stalling until you're used to it. Still running in but performance quite adequate despite 30k rev limit until 1k miles or so.
Performance
Expect it to be more than adequate after running in period.

Living with it
Reliability
Too soon to tell. Everything works on delivery, car very well presented.
Image
If you're concerned about image, dye your hair blonde and call yourself Brad. The dealer - Barkers, Hull - was friendly and very obliging. A rarity in itself these days.
Comfort
Coming from a micra 1.3 this seems plush. Smooth, quiet, stable ride. Lots of room up front, I'm 6' and have leg room to spare. Good elbow room between seats, plenty headroom even with sunroof. Passengers tell me rear seat space good for car size.

Security and Service
Security
too soon to tell. Suspect car not high on joyriders hotlist. Other owners tell me starting without key is very difficult.
Service
No reason to suspect level of after sales will not match service so far.
