I like a bargain, very understated. Pace will surprise other drivers.

They love to drive it, being a passenger is average.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Of course, I dont want another small hatchback as im not poor anymore, but would definately buy a skoda again. Best thing I ever bought, I mean that.
What are you likely to buy next?
A saloon car with a little more quality inside, but I will probably be disapointed after this engine in a smaller car.

Did you get a good deal and why?
Pretty good deal, skoda was much cheaper than similar makes, didnt even think i could afford a 1.9 diesel before i went to skoda, only insurance group 5
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Cheaper than rivals. Best hatchback diesel within price range. And it wasn't French...
What was the dealer like?
Pretty helpful, not pushy or stuck up considering i was 18 at time

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Dont be fooled by the stats they list for this car, it goes alot faster..135mph(gps) top speed on german autobahns,not 115mph as listed. Also mine is much faster than 11.5sec 0-60 listed, great pull on low revs, fantastic torque, rolls round corners a bit but you can chuck it round even in wet and it will never surprise u.

Have you had any problems with the car?
Very few things in 7 years ive had it, air intake went in really bad weather, but thats it..super reliable after 90k miles
What's most practical about your car?
Just fantastic engine, not very posh interior but sturdy enough, boot is plenty and u can still get a 2 metre bed inside if u push hard enough
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The Tape Player!?? Traction control rare on this kind of car.
