What does this car say about you?
It suits me. I am a fan of Skodas which are always practical and reliable.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Everyone says it's very nice and quite quick!
Would you buy this car again and why?
I wanted another Skoda, something quicker and preferably something that did more to the gallon. This ticked all of the boxes.
What are you likely to buy next?
Probably another of the same, most certainly another Skoda.

Did you get a good deal and why?
I haggled and the price of the car was quite reasonable to start with.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
What was the dealer like?
Very good at the sales pitch and when buying the car, not so great when it came to support and warranty work afterwards. They were quite reasonable although I did expect a bit more cover under the Skoda warranty.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Very quick, easy to pass other cars (even on occasions when they put their foot down!). It handles well, particularly on the Welsh B roads. It is economical, unless driven quite hard. I am getting between 40mpg to 55mpg on various journeys.
What's it like to park?
Very easy, even has parking sensors!

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Knocking from the steering which has been investigated by Skoda and I have been advised it is normal. They did look at it several times. The throttle pedal was faulty too - this was changed under warranty. Other than that it has been great.
What's most practical about your car?
It's quick, efficient to run and is practical with 5 doors and plenty of boot space.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
It is very well equipped: climate control, cruise control, multi-function maxi dot computer, leather steering wheel / handbrake / gear stick. Very nice features on a reasonably priced car.
