The build quality is excellent and the engine is much more punchy than I expected (I drove a 1.2TSI on the test drive). I didn't get to drive on smaller less well repaired roads on the test drive so I was surprised the low speed ride is a bit harsh. The flip side is the car handles beautifully. It's a brilliant motorway cruiser where the mpg is rarely lower than 50+ and its quiet and comfortable. The boot size is excellent - way better than a Focus I hired last summer. I added the rear parking sensors and upgraded stereo so I can take mobile calls on it.
Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
I knew the low speed ride was rated as poor but was surprised how slowly I have to speed humps etc.About their car
