Economy
Value
Under £12K for lots of power and toys.
Costs
MPG excellent even when pushed. No service costs as yet.
-
On the road
Driving
A bit roly-poly to be a B-road hero, but happy to be chucked about. Excels on A-roads and the motorway.
Performance
0-60 so-so and rev band is low, but massive torque means shove-in-the-back in-gear acceleration at all speeds.

Living with it
Reliability
No complaints after 6 months. Feels v. solid.
Image
Doesn't matter that it's a Skoda. My black vRS looks the part, turns heads and has led to interested questions from passing petrol heads!
Comfort
Very refined for a small car. Engine quiet at speed, seats superb and v. little wind noise.

Security and Service

Alarm and immobiliser not tested yet!
Service
Friendly, patient and efficient sales staff. Service staff yet to be tested!
