Value
Can't get much more fun from a car for this much money. A bargain!
Costs
Not serviced yet, but looks a little pricey. Excellent fuel economy though, 50+mpg from a hot hatch!

On the road
Driving
Great drive - slightly over cocooned from road to be classed as a real drivers car but excellent nevertheless.
Performance
Wow! gives you a real kick in the back! Feels tons quicker than my other car, an MG ZR 160bhp!

Living with it
Reliability
So far so good - rear brakes make a bit of a grinding noise though - but apparently this is a "feature" of the VRS.
Image
Still get the Skoda jokes from the lads at work, but I'm the one that's really laughing! What a car!
Comfort
Excellent - feels like a much bigger car than it really is, good driving position.

Security and Service
Security
Seems more than adequate. Wife likes the one button door locking button on the driver armrest.
Service
Skoda service seems to be excellent - they're obviously working hard to create a real presence and banish the old jokes for good!
