Did you get a good deal and why?
I did get a good deal as I kept popping into the dealer lookinhg at the VRS. When the day came to do the deal they kind of knew me, so gave me there best price. It had only done 8k and was pristine!
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
I really liked the look of the vrs, you could never say it looks girly unlike most other hot hatches. I am a big torque lover and this var seemed the perfect package with its abundance of performance, economy and comfort.
What was the dealer like?
Farmers Skoda Notts are second to none, after car is brill and the mechanics always do a good job!

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
very good. Although I missed the rev range of a petrol engine. but the torque is so useful and steering is just right. brakes good. gearbok easy.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
The only thing was the rear wash wiper connection pipe broke in freezing weather 3 times, sorted very quick and easy though! not much else really!
What's most practical about your car?
well the most impractical was the colour - black. people told me it is hard to keep clean and it was. but looked great when it was clean. I like the roomyness and the turn of comfortable yet sporting speed.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
6 speed cruising, feeling of quaility. I have to say the TDI engine is great....and Im a petrol head!
