Skoda Fabia vRS (2010 - 2014) 1.4 TSI vRS Hatch 5d DSG Owner Review

so despite reading about the high oil use, needing spark plugs every 5k miles I decided to purchase this car. so positives - quick easy to drive and when it works quite spacious for a small car. negatives - had a new mechatronic unit and clutch on purchase at a cost of 2k - revs are erratic they bounce up and down all over the shop - vibrations from the front end in 5th gear took it into skoda who advised it was the rear anti roll bar which they then removed and kept whilst charging me £50 for the pleasure. all in all this is the worst car I have ever had the misfortune to own it will be sent back half way through the finance I detest it that much. biggest shame of a car as if skoda had sorted the issues out before release its a great drive when it works but I couldn't recommend this to anyone, it actually sit on my drive more than I use it as feel my st mondeo with 170k on is more reliable despite being 7 years older. avoid like the plague!
