In their own words

Bought this as a replacement for a Skoda Yeti. Despite being based on the Fabia chassis, it's not that small, and in fact is a few centimetres longer than the Yeti, and probably gains a more practical boot space, albeit without the Yeti's removeable seats. Less headroom, but same ride height. SE trim is slightly less generous than it was on the Yeti but still offers a fair price/feature balance. Skoda clearly trying to upsell towards the SE-L though, because the SE has some odd design decisions like a speedo with no markings at all for common UK speed limits, and rather confusingly marketed lighting options which despite being described as "LED" are actually a mixture of LED and conventional bulbs - both these issues being resolved on the SE-L albeit by the introduction of yet more potentially fallible tech. Drives great though, and there's plenty of power and a satisfying growl from the 3-cylinder 110 engine. Town economy perhaps not as good as the Yeti, but lockdown driving profiles are potentially very misleading. A few electronic niggles that may be down to current driving profile affecting 12V levels, but infotainment, cruise control and emergency calling function have all played up periodically, and currently monitoring at the request of my Skoda dealer.

How reliable do you find the car?

Electronics seem rather temperamental, and with more electronics than ever in new vehicles that does make for a bit of a weakness.
