Skoda Kamiq SUV 1.0 TSI 110 SE L 5dr DSG Owner Review
Want to know everything there is to know about this car?
In their own words
The Kamiq is a lovely car to drive, the 1.0 litre tsi is fantastic especially with the 7 speed dsg. The car is well finished inside and out and has an air of quality beyond its price. It is comfortable inside and the engine remains very quiet and smooth. The bigger wheels on the sel do tend to crash over the uneven road surfaces that we are plagued with in the uk. I haven't kept the car for long because of the electrical issues. I think Skodas are becoming too complicated and some of the new technology and virtual screens etc are problematic. I have had problems with all of my late model skodas with software issues which is sad. I have now bought an hyundai ioniq instead which has no software issues
How reliable do you find the car?
Lots of electrical gremlins. Cruise control not responding, sat nav not available, and sos emergency error contact dealer. These were resolved usually by stopping the car and restarting but it happened every journey with the cruise control, very annoying. My last 3 skodas have had similar issues, octavia and kodiak.
