Skoda Kamiq SUV SE L 1.5 TSI 150PS DSG auto 5d Owner Review

It’s really comfortable to drive and has the power when you need. In fact if you press the accelerator too hard you will get some wheel spin. For the SEL trim I would have expected a few more extras such as the torch and door protectors. Seating at the back is great, the only small niggle I would have is that some USB ports and an armrest would have been great. The trim includes Skoda SatNav and online support. I’ve ended up using Google maps as these are more up to date, and the problem is I can’t display google/apple maps on driver console, so it’s a waste paying extra for the digital console. There are no issues with the DSG gearbox and works brilliantly at higher speeds. The tyre grip even under rainy conditions is good, whilst steering is light and soft. I was expecting the front indicators to be like the Audi, but this is not the case, but basic LED headlights are a welcome change. In short this is car that is nice to look at and great to drive.
