Skoda Karoq SUV Edition 1.5 TSI 150PS 5d Owner Review

In their own words
On the car's first MoT advanced 'misting' noted on Shock Absorbers. Only 15000 miles on the clock, but Skoda refuse to replace. They advise 'misting' is a normal feature on all their Shock Absorbers. However, when a courtesy Health Check video shows oil leak a third of the way down the Shock body, and their technician advises to get it checked again in 2 or 3 to 4 months time to ensure safety it doesn't inspire confidence. Cost to replace quoted at £756.38, so if you are thinking of buying a Skoda factor in the extra cost to replace Shock Absorbers every 20000 miles or about 2-years of motoring. Trying to get a sensible response from Skoda complaints is impossible.
