In their own words
Smooth to drive, very comfortable. Very flexible to use on a long journey as a family bus or dragging a heavy trailer across a muddy field. High quality cabin with lots of extras and unexpected innovative design ideas. So much better value than other VAG products. A bit big for use in town but easy to park. . Only downside I can think of is the difficulty of cleaning out the gutter in front of the screen wipers.
The dealers are excellent which cannot be said of any other make I have had over the years. There are the usual problems of rusting rear discs which have to be replaced every 3 years or so but this is common to all makes with disc brakes all round. ( Drum brakes on the rear give no similar problem) The car is well built to a high standard using the best materials,no problems have arisen in the nearly 4 years of ownership
