Summary
What does this car say about you?
I didnt think I was a badge snob, but I must admit to being a little uneasy buying a Skoda. Once driven you soon realise this is a quality car and just dont care about the image.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Very positive. Its a stylish, practical car.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes. Its the best car I have owned (including volvo, toyota)It is well built, reliable, has averaged 54mpg since i got (15 mpg better than the Peugeot!- which was flimsy & unreliable)
What are you likely to buy next?
I would have another Skoda

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Very quiet on most surfaces. A real pleasure to drive. Responsive, light & easy to drive. Feels safe.
What's it like to park?
Not bad for an estate. Parking sensors might be usefull for some, but I dont have any problems. Front door pillars are wide which can block the view when pulling out.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Not so far. Solid and reliable. This car is in a different league to the Peugeot 307sw it replaced.
What's most practical about your car?
Large boot, although it would be better if it was level loading. Comfortable seats.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Has most of the 'toys' we need but the Elegance model has central armrest which I miss on long journeys
