Skoda Octavia Estate (2013 - 2020) SE 1.4 TSI 150PS DSG auto (03/17 on) 5d Owner Review

I was looking for a reliable estate that wasn’t going to strip the wallet. Boy do you get some motor for your buck, extremely quiet seamless gear changing with the 7 speed DSG box, makes both urban and motorway driving a dream. Far quieter than either my Golf or BMW 3 series, so much so that if you rely on engine noise only you will soon be be way in excess of the speed limit on motorway driving. Could almost pack a whole house in the cavernous boot space and passengers will have the leg room in the rear normally associated with a luxury sedan. A comfortable drive even on pot holed country roads, very good milage per gallon and on average a tank will get 400 miles plus. A good reliable family car Would not bother with the sat nav upgrade as the CarPlay link to the I phone gives just as good if not better service
