Unlikely, due to the gearbox problem.
What are you likely to buy next?
I'll keep this for another 3 years to get my moneys worth from the gearbox change then I'll look for a car with a long warranty!

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Great car to drive, 1.6 engine can struggle a bit when fully loaded, but not enough to cause any problems.
What's it like to park?
Parking is not a problem.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
At 90,000 miles, 5 years the gearbox had to be replacedwhich cost £2000. Before this I'd have bought another Octavia without hesitation, now I doubt if I'll get a Volkswagen group car when I replace the Octavia.
What's most practical about your car?
The boot is huge. the car has carried the family, 4 people plus dog & luggage on family holidays without difficulty.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
It used to be the CD autochanger, but now I can save 100+ MP3 files onto a CD it's become redundant.
