Summary
What does this car say about you?
Probably that i'm about to taxi someone somewhere but I don't car about the image it's what its like to drive and how it fits my lifestyle.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Very impressed once been in it, some have said oh no it's a skoda but once they've been in it they comment about how nice and comfortable it is!
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes definately. I've covered nearly 30,000 miles in just over a year since i've had it (bought it at 64,000 miles now on 93,000) and i've only really had to spend out on wear and tear items like tyres, brake pads etc.
What are you likely to buy next?
The VRS version - torn between the TDI and TFSI

I got £1500 for my 200reg V40 XS and a service, wash and new battery
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
on paper looked very impressive against similar rivals - didn't want to be another ford fan or vauxhall driver!
What was the dealer like?
The dealer seemed nice and helpful, did not push the sale on to me - if anything I pushed them along in a hurry to buy it!

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Absolutely superb, handles like on rails and really pushes on when you need it, watch out boy racers you may have met you're match!
What's it like to park?
Easy peasy with parking sensors!

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Only had 3 niggly things go wrong, parking sensor connection came loose and cv boot cover cracked, a bolt had corroded underneath car and came off.
What's most practical about your car?
The boot and fuel economy

Everything, it has almost everything I need, rear parking sensors, leather seats, climate control, cruise control, traction control, auto wipers / light / dimming rear mirror / wing mirrors, cd changer, heated seats...
