Skoda Octavia Hatchback 1.5 TSI SE First Edition 5d Owner Review

The infotainment system keeps freezing. If it freezes, you can't adjust the climate control, you can't listen to the radio, no apple carplay, no android auto, no parking sensors, it shows a warning exclamation mark on the dashboard, it says there's no SOS call available, it says the seatbelts are not fastened (even though they are), it says the airbags don't work. Lock the car, leave it for 10min, unlock it and it's fine. It has been in the garage 3 times and all they did was software updates. Three times in a month they did a software update and it still keeps happening. It did it once when I was picking the car up from the garage, I called them from the car so they can go have a look at it but they said they need to drive the car to find the fault and that they can't see what's wrong by seeing the warning on the dashboard. When it starts up it's great but it's more in the garage than not. Love the engine, the transmission is great and overall I would love the car if it wasn't faulty all the time. I say do not buy.
