At present-NEVER-see whats gone wrong!
What are you likely to buy next?
Probably another Skoda,the quality just gets better and better-I would say that this car is as good as an A4!

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Fast and frugal-43.3 mpg and it's still running in! Update 4/12/2006 it's now averaging 43.8 or over 50mpg on a long run!
What's it like to park?
A bit long-I wish I'd ordered the parking sensors!

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Engine Management light on at 327 miles,I am told this is affecting every Octavia VRS TD,diagnosed as the glow plug relay. Update 4/12/2006 This vehicle is becoming a nightmare-7 visits to the dealer (so far!!!) for resets and rectification work! 7 days off the road so far :( I am reliably informed that ALL VW/Audi's with this engine have the same problems!!!!!
What's most practical about your car?
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
None of note-they all work really well-ordered with cruise,dual zone air/rear electric windows/centre armrest,maxi-dot display and auto wipers/lights/auto dim mirror. I am not impressed with the auto lights (too sensitive) or the auto wipers (either too sensitive or too slow to react!)
