What does this car say about you?
I don't buy a car to "say" anything about me but it probably shows I care more about the qualities a car actually has rather than a brand image that other people may have.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They all seem to like it.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Absolutely ! I can't think of a car that would give me the drive, quality , practicality , specification level and enjoyment that isn't many thousands of pounds more expensive.
What are you likely to buy next?
No idea because I intend to run this one for at least ten years.

Did you get a good deal and why?
Excellent discount from list and the car available within seven days with all the (main) must have extras that I would have factory specified. .
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
The car plus extras gave me all the qualities I required plus previous Skoda Fabia 2003 vRS was the best car that I have ever owned (inc BMW. Audi. Merc) and was still going well when I passed it on to my son at 210000 miles !
What was the dealer like?
Westgate Grimsby .Couldn't be faulted. Extended test drive on my own completely free of any pressure to buy. One of the most pleasurable dealership experiences that I have had ( and that includes 2hrs with their Seat dealership next door considering the Leon 184 ST ).

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Excellent! Smooth powerful engine, good gearbox. Addition of separate set of alloys with Dunlop Winter Sport 4D (69db rating) tyres gives a much quieter ride. Would always choose low db rated premium tyres.
What's it like to park?
It's a big car and took some getting used to after my Fabia. Standard rear sensors essential , front sensors and even park assist should be considered as a worthwhile option.

What's most practical about your car?
Huge boot and carrying capacity with seats folded that beats most estates.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Winter pack in combination with full leather upholstery and electric sunroof. Just fabulous ! Makes the interior feel so much more luxurious than the standard seat facings .
