Yes

£0

December 2015
Did you get a good deal and why?
I went to an on-line broker and specified exactly what extras I wanted and still got 21% off the basic list price. The car was ordered through a UK Skoda dealer with full warranty. Not sure why anyone wants to buy from a dealer.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
My father in-law had a Fabia and I was impressed by it, and read lot's of very positive reviews about the Octavia VRS.
What was the dealer like?
The account manager I dealt with via e-mail and telephone was very helpful and knowledgeable as he had been in the motor trade for many years.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
It's a wolf in sheep's clothing, it will happily cruise along, then put your foot down and the engine comes alive, the acceleration throughout the power band is exceptional.
What's it like to park?
I have the park assist which is an odd feeling to start with but is very clever.

Living with it

Fantastic cabin and boot space.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Adaptive Cruise control is a must have on the motorway, the car practically drives itself. It will even come to a standstill and the accelerate back to the set speed.
