The Skoda Octavia vRS is a rational hot hatch for drivers who don’t actually want to shout about their car’s performance. It may lack the street cred of a Golf GTI but it shares vast quantities of that car’s hardware, and in many ways it’s a better bet.
You can choose a manual or DSG auto, an estate or hatch, petrol or diesel, which makes it a great bet for a wide variety of buyers. So, performance is rapid, economy is good, and practicality is brilliant – and as such, a used Octavia vRS makes a great buy.
