Practical, not afraid to buck the trend.

Most friends are interested and begin to be quite taken by the practicality and economy.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Weirdly, despite Skoda totally letting me down, making me feel totally conned and spoiling my many years of lauding them, I have gone for another Roomster, depsite the worry the same fault might happen again. But I'll make sure I get rid before te warranty rn out this time!
What are you likely to buy next?
...the same? But I'll feel like I've been brainwashed doing it, despite being treated like I no longer mattered...

Did you get a good deal and why?
Got a good ppi deal particularly with the "vat off" at the time.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Vaule for money, and the good reputation I thought Skoda had.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Generally smooth and you feel in control, with the knowledge there's enough extra little power to get you ot of a tight spot if necessary.
What's it like to park?
Mostly excellent with the sensors. remember though they won't work if you are just rolling back!

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
I had three good years running it very happily, then a few weeks after the warranty runs out, bang! Something called an EGR valve needs replacing. £700 to sort out and 2/3 weeks before they can get the part because there isn't one in the country. Long story but this has made me lose my confidence in them and Skoda entirely, who refused to offer me any good will gesture whatsoever (which from their reputation I had come to expect) just because I was stupid enough to exchange the vehicle (for another Roomster!!!) before any gesture was finalised. Skoda customer service first hid behind one getout clause, then they changed their minds to another..the fact that I no longer had the vehicle...!

The room, the economy, the great airy feel from the car long roof window.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Fuel economy computer, mp3 player and reversing sensors.
