Franchised

No

£8,450

Did you get a good deal and why?
Excellent. I should say it was a TOYOTA dealer. A great way to do business: Toyota will not allow junk on their forecourts, but neither will they charge the same prices as a Skoda dealership.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Two six-foot sons; needest the most rear legroom possible.
What was the dealer like?
Friendly; willing to haggle, which is vital for me.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
I've had mine re-mapped to 202bhp, so it is rapid. Ride is excellent on 18" wheels; rumours have circulated that the chassis was worked on by Bentley. It has remarkable poise and authority; sure-footed in all conditions. Space, pace and grace. Hang on - haven't I heard that before?
What's it like to park?
Not a doddle, but has rear parking sensors.
-
Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Anti-roll bar link arm.
What's most practical about your car?
HUGE rear leg-room; HUGE boot.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The sat-nav/media juke-box is awesome.
